PhD in Economics with a specialization in Behavioral and Environmental Economics, I am currently working with the Decent Work Technical Support Team and Country Office for Central and Eastern Europe at the International Labour Organization (ILO).
In this role, I contribute to the design and implementation of projects, enhance the ILO’s knowledge base, and conduct applied policy research and case studies focused on promoting decent work and sustainable development.
Green Tipping Project
Green Tipping is a 5-year project on how targeted social tipping
interventions can spur sustainable choices, with online, laboratory and field
experiments.
Research Interests
My research focuses on the role of personal and social preferences in the structure of group interactions to promote cooperation and social benefit.
